About Tammy Bennett

Tammy Bennett, a 46 year old mother/grandmother now resides in Gallup, New Mexico with her husband, Michael Bennett, an 8th grade math teacher for the Gallup Independent School District.

Since childhood, Tammy has been interested in writing, and could be found on any occasion sitting at a table with a pen and a piece of paper writing her favorite story, and daydreaming as she went along. Her stories of interests at that time were, and still are, about witches, ghosts, and little red devils.

When asked why she wrote so advidly about such topics as a child, Tammy would simply reply, "Because it scares me". This is still the reason today with several short stories, and one published book in her collection. Tammy, who is known as Tamara Delancre to the fantasy/horror world, states that she would rather be writing about something that will hold her readers attention, and at the same time make them want to read more.
